The muscle regeneration process involves localized inflammatory response, which manifests as an increase in temperature in specific areas of the body. “It is precisely at this point where sports thermography becomes an invaluable tool,” asserts Martins. “It allows us to closely monitor the evolution of body temperature during the recovery process, providing key insights into the physical condition of our athletes.”

The adoption of Thermohuman marks a significant milestone in the preparation and care of Club Atlético Paranaense athletes. “With this advanced technology, we can further customize our training and rehabilitation programs, maximizing our athletes’ performance while minimizing the risk of injuries,” Martins concludes.
